I have 14 cooked baked potatoes left from bonfire night. What should I make with them?

cut into wedges and sprinkle spicy stuff on and a drizzle of olive oil and bake in hot oven. should freeze okay too.

Scoop out the middles, mash up and mix in cooked onion, bacon and cheese. Spoon back in, top with a bit more cheese and grill to melt it.

cut in half. Make criss cross cuts on the cut edge. drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Griddle cook them.

just in case you need another idea and have a surfeit of cabbage - you could use the middles to make bubble and squeak.

Scoop out middles, make soup, baked the jackets with olive oil and salt in a hot oven for 15 minutes

YUM

freeze them then when you want baked pots just defrost and heat through. More economical.
