It's probably best to descale Tilapia before cooking

You can grill it, wrap it in foil & cook it in the oven, fry or BBQ it

DH likes it best with onions, tomatoes & peppers stuffed in the middle, he also rubs lemon over the inside & outside (apparently it makes it smell less while cooking)
