I want to make brownies - special brownies & I need a recipe please?

They mustn't have nuts
They must have the slightly crispy cracked top
They need to be dark chocolate
They need to be chewy in the middle

Oh & I must have all the ingredients in the house right at this moment in time (I have a yen for them)

Any suggestions for recipes?

Suzies are meant to be gooey in teh middle. The melted choc/butter mix makes them gooey. They are cooked though

i find that the nigella recipe doesn't need as much sugar as it says - maybe 300g (although i make it with G&B's which is sweeter than some).

otherwise it's the best. i've made it with half the weight of dried sour cherries instead of nuts and that was mmmmm.

the salt is very important.
