we always seem to eat the same snacks such as hummus, rice cakes, fruit, dried fruit, olives, pop corn and carrots

Any quick healthy ready to eat snack ideas that dont cost much (such as baby bells ect..) as we could do with some variation!

You could try other dips such as butterbean, cannelini, refried pinto beans, or guacamole ect with veg sticks and crackers.

You could make up some flapjacky bars on a sunday and us them for the week.

like the idea of the bean dips as my DD refuses to eat meat (only 26 months and never liked it) but loves beans. Bought corncakes , thanks for that tip Also bought some superlarge gherkins (Lidl:-) which is a good snack as well.

Do any of you use oatcakes? I used to be very thirsty after eating those and then checked the salt percentage which is shockingly high, been looking for a salt reduced one but no luck so far!

Yes, we eat oatcakes, but yes, they are salty so not too many. unsalted rice cakes better if you are after low salt.
for the beans, they are so good to get into the kiddies!

Lulumama thanks for the corn cakes tip, they are delicious!
