Mushroom stroganoff....How do you make it ???

tarragon would be nice (fresh), I usually put that in when i do something that sounds like yorkiegirl's recipe (served on toast, with a dash of lemon juice to cut the richness a little)

It sounds lovely, haven't a clue if it is right though, have never had it before

Where in the supermarlet do i find creme fraiche ??

You can also make it mega easily with campbells soup.

also, here's a Nigel Slater recipe for mushroom pappardelle, but you could use any type of pasta really

there's a mushroom and pea one on here but you could omit the peas if you're not keen. Tons of other easy recipes too.

eeeek you said stroganoff and i got mixed up with rissotto sorry. Still there's loads of nice recipes anyway
