lol.....can't eat it as there is not enough for the children to have a naughty lunch with me, i bought it 2 weeks ago for a pasta dish that i haven't got round to making.

Just wanted to make sure i could freeze it on the day it goes out of date.

I wouldn't freeze it now, but I would happily cook it today or tomorrow and use cold if necessary in the next couple of days.

(But I am a bit of a scaredy-cat )
