Slice it up into 1/2 cm slices, leaving the skin on and fry it. Yum, yum, yum. Not v. healthy admittedly, but undoubtedly one of the most delicious fast foods!

Scoop it out and add bits to make an exciting giant fritter?

totallyhatefireworks · 01/11/2007 19:28

scoop out the potatoe, and mix it up with tuna and sweetcorn, then warm up.

Pidge · 01/11/2007 19:29

Though the warming up option is another good one - when I was pregnant I developed an obsession with baked potatoes, so I would cook 5 on a Sunday and take one per day to work as my packed lunch to reheat in the microwave.

ummm - not really

At first I thought you wanted packed lunch ideas

PanicPants · 01/11/2007 19:34

For 2.2 Ds. Thought I'd be lazy at lunch time and do something better for dinner.
