What to do with 14 courgettes - no rude suggestions!!!!

I erred on my sainsburys shop and thought I had ordered 4 courgettes but got 4 packs and now have 14 -and are organic so won't last.
apart from the obvious roasted med veg every night what else can I do with them. My sister has a friend who makes courgette cake as opposed to carrot cake ! Any ideas please
