Can I Still Use This Garlic?

Some of the cloves are still white, but others have turned a beige-y colour.
(never seen 'gone-off' garlic, but then I dont normally buy the organic one, which this is)

Should think so - well I would. But cut out any green shoots as they taste bitter.

IIRC if it has sprouted it may be old, and will taste bitter

The beige-y ones are usually dried-up ones, the white ones usually fresher,juicy. But I dont buy organic either.
