Help a Baileys Ice Cream Lover

Hello, I am a newbie but have been lurking in a wholehearted fashion for about 4 yrs! Just wondered if anyone would have the solution to a mystery for me. I live in Portugal and am unable to get Baileys flavoured Haagan Daz ice cream, nor in Spain or as I remember, America. So any ideas anyone? Why? It's definitely the nicest flavour.

invest in an ice-cream maker, makes it sooooo much easier.

Try pouring Baileys over a good vanilla ice-cream. Not quite what you're looking for but an excellent 2nd best!

lilospell, that's a cracking idea. I'm coming to the UK tomorrow for a few days so I get to have the real deal, but I will certainly try that in the future.
