What shall i make to go with my lemon sole?

Not going out food shopping now, so i have the following to play with -

LEMON SOLE

asparagus
carrot batons
spinach
peas

bag of watercress / spinach / rocket

potatoes
onion
garlic
oven chips
cous cous

white wine
butter
milk
lemons

What do you reckon??????????

Mashed potatoes would be good. Even better would be potatoes with onion and cream (dauphinoise?).

For veggies, any or all of what you have would be spot on.

Just got to remember how to make them - thanks for the idea.

Everytime I think to make them, I don't have enough time. But it's only 3pm, so get slicing!

well if i had this i would do lemon sole oven chilps and a side salad easier and quicker yet tasty

or you could do mash potatoe lemon sole and asparagus

homemade tartar sauce is yummy

oh oh, you can start the dauphinoise off in the microwave to speed things up
