It just occured to me, it is about the time for making the christmas cake! I usually do it in the October Half Term hols (which is next week for us)
Has anyone got a nice recipe? I thought I'd have a change from my usual one.
Also...UCM had a special thread last year to share recipes and techniques, and when to ice etc. Anyone fancy doing it again?
