I am making a beef stew tomorrow (one of those chuck all unused veggies in type stews!!)

Will the left overs of this be ok to freeze? If so - I am doing a gravy (pint of water and an oxo cube) is this ok to freeze and then reheat? I hope that this makes sense!!

I generally freeze leftovers of stew - they go a bit 'mushy' but still edible. The gravy will freeze fine.

But if the meat was frozen raw and then cooked I thought it was safe to freeze the cooked meat afterwards

fine to freeze cooked, previously frozen RAW meat. Stews freeze well but things like carrots go a bit fuzzy.
