Spinach & Ricotta Canneloni - how do I make it from scratch?

Last night I had a spinach and ricotta canneloni (ready meal) and it was absolutely delicious and I would now like to make it from scratch but haven't got a clue on where to start?

Any ideas/recipes would be greatly appreciated.

Buy the canneloni
Wilt spinach, chop, mix with ricotta and nutmeg and pepper. Stuff the tubes.
Put in dish, cover with hmoemade tom sauce and some grated cheese......similar to this...uktv.co.uk/food/recipe/aid/513208
