My dd4 is nearly 8mths old, and i want to make a mild chicken curry that the children can eat, I usually add chillies to curry, I have made the curry without putting in the chilli but it was not very nice.

Has anyone got a mild curry recipe??

Many thanks

1/4 onion
1/2 chicken breast
1/4 sweet potato
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 can coconut cream
Take 1/4 a small onion & grate it and fry gently in some sunflower oil.

Add 1/4 or 1/2 skinless chicken breast, cut into small chunks, and some sweet potato (tiny chunks) and fry for a couple of mins.
add all the spices and the 1/4 can of Barts coconut cream, enough to comfortably cover the other ingredients with a little juice if you want it.

Then put a lid on and simmer for about 15-20 mins, until chicken is cooked & sweet potato is soft. Serve with basmati rice or couscous. Will serve 2-3 under 5 years,
excess can be frozen too.

This is in no way spicy, I serve it to my children and I eat it myself.
