Sliced Liver... recipe please

It's begging for a liver and bacon casserole or similar .. need quick / easy / foolproof one please

just caramelise lots and lots of onions and cook it in the same pan. Serve with a mustardy mash. Drool!

sorry to be dumb ..

Fry them in olive oil (or butter) very slowly so that the juices come our of them. The juice has sugar in it and it will eventually caramelise, go a wonderfuly syrupy golden brown. by this time the onions will be sweet and almost melt in the mouth!!!!
