I'm to sick to do something good - pies and chips it is

home made spag bog with lamb mince (got it out of freezer by accident.) 3 faces looking at me as if I was cracked.

pesto pasta with naan bread cause I ate the garlic bread the other day

Carrot and cheese bake with salad on the side. I'm trying to make up for eating a whole packet of chocolate chip biscuits for lunch.

boerewors, roast potatoes, peas, carrots and gravy.

Uncle Ben's curry with ready cooked chicken
followed by M&S walnut whip (or 2 )
and they wonder why there is an obeesity epedemic
