rock cake recipe please

its normally one of those recipes that stuck in the back of my brain but cant seem to remember it today.

Anyone got a nice one??

We use this one, its nice and easy;
300g flour (self raising)
80g marg
120g dried fruit
80g sugar
1 egg beaten
125 ml milk aprox
little nutmeg

Rub the marg into the flour. Add sugar,dried fruit,nutmeg and stir. Then add the egg and a little milk but be careful not to make the mixture to wet. Put on a greased baking tray in small heaps. Bake at 210 degrees for 15-20 minutes or lower for fan oven.
