Essential Fatty Acids for toddlers?

I would idealy love to feed him salmoln every day, but unfortunately cannot afford to, nor would he probably eat enough.
He does get it around once a week/fortnight, but obv not enough.
Can anyone recommend a supplement for toddlers?

Try nuts - walnuts/almonds/brazils (not peanuts), avocado, eggs, olive oil, mackerel, sardines, flaxseeds sprinkled on his cereal.

but any oily fish will do ...

Still too young for nuts, would choke.
And a fussy eater to boot, thus need for supplement.
