Can you freeze truffles???

the chocolate variety. and also can you freeze other hand made choccie type things?
i want to do these as xmas prezzis this year but they are a bit of a faff and can't be rushed...

I WOULD JUST DO THEM AND LEAVE THEM? THEY SHOULD LAST UNTIL XMAS IF THE CHOCCY IS IN DATE. I AM MAKING CHOCCY SHAPES IN BAGS FOR PEOPLE FOR XMAS AND DOING THEM AND PUTTING THEM AWAY BUT NOT FREEZING THEM. XXX
