Yeah, if you burn something to the bottom of the pan, just tip it into a new pan without scraping. It'll be fine

araminta - I've done that before with the eggs. The bottom of the pan was burnt out as well. In fact it's happened twice, but the second time I told DH I was nipping round to a neighbours, what I didn't tell him was that the eggs were in the pan, on the ring and hte ring was on.
