I want to make DDs birthday cake a swimming pool one -I've seen a really good design but need blue jelly for the "water".

Can you buy blue jelly anywhere? If so where?

Thanks

I used the blackcurrant one from Tesco for my daughter's swimmingpool cake.

The only cake I have not taken a picture of. It worked really well though.

I think Rowntrees used to do blue but discontinued because the colouring was suspect. You could use gelatine powder with apple juice for a clear-ish base and add blue colouring.

You should probably experiment before doing it for real with the cake!
