Well that's it really. I know you are supposed to eat breakfast but I can't face food much before 10, just drink loads of coffee.

So who does eat breakfast?

I have glass of water when I wake up then a bowl of Fruit & Fibre with a dollop of yoghurt at around 8am (7am if I'm working), often a piece of fruit too. Cup of coffee only if I've been up and down all night and need to wake up.

I am always RAVENOUS in the morning and can't sleep in even if I wanted to as my stomach wakes me up.

I know what you mean MaeW.
Before DCs I used to get up for a 7am breakfast after a late night, then go back to bed for more sleep.

I don't eat breakfast early any more. I just police the children having theirs. The I have something mid morning, but it's not always a healthy/typical breakfast!!

I have porridge (with sugar!), when I wake up - so 7.45am today, though usually 6.30am weekdays. My routine is to switch the kettle on for a coffee, put porridge in microwave, then pour coffee and wait for microwave to ping. Sometimes I add dried/fresh fruit to the porridge - though usually just add sugar.
