Want to roast some root veg, sweet pots, carrots, swede, parsnip etc in the oven, and fancied a bit of a honey mustard thing going on...any ideas?

I do a maple syrup and wholegrain mustard one which is nice - just a few tbs syrup and a couple of wg mustard. So I guess you could subs. Honey.

Yes, a couple of tablespoons of honey with a teaspoon or so of wholegrain or english mustard is nice. Drizzle ovefr the veg for the last 10 mins of cooking and it will be lovely. If you put it on at the start it might burn (unless you're par boiling the veg first)

thanks guys they both sound nice, but I happen to have a jar of proper maple syrup that needs using up so I'll have a go at that one. Cheers, yum yum!
