Veggie 2 year old, will eat most things, any ideas?

Title says it all really. Were both vegetarians and Id like to have some ideas of what meals I could make. No fish, but dairy and everything else fine.Im not a veg fan (ironinc, i know) and neither is ds, but will eat them if hidden
Can get most things for meat substituted with Quorn, ie, sausages, mince, chicken pieces, so not such a big problem.
Thanks guys

Scambled egg, cheese and peas. A damn good protein boost meal.

You can make pretty much everything you want with quorn anyway, can't you? So how about a bolognese with grated carrot hidden in? You can't see it or tase it because of the sauce.

Actually, I grate carrot into EVEWRYTHINg

yorkshire puddings with veggy gravy and sausages - then any veg that you do like. My lo used to love the yorkshire pudding as she could pick it up and also wanted mint sauce with it aswell. She is now eight and still loves this meal - we are not veggy but love veggy sausages.

we are veggie, here are some of my favourite foods that my kiddies have eaten from small:
butternut quash and chickpea roast with warm tomato sauce
quorn sauage and bean casserole with jacket spuds
chilli non carne - with quorn mince
frittata - omelette padded out with veggies and chips
macaroni cheese with veggies added at bottom of the dish, finished in the oven with breadcrumbs on top so liek a pie dish
quorn mince and apple meatballs with spaghetti
Lemon Risotto with homemade garlic bread
Couscous and falafels with pitta pockets
Quorn "chicken" strips, veg and cheese in wraps
could go on and on - we eat loads of varied stuff, rarely the same meal in two or three weeks

Wow, lemontart, they sounded really good. Im not one for cooking in the kitchen, actually pretty bad. Never ever cook, my dp does it all, however they sounded great. the chicken strips, veg and wrap sounded good...my kind of food.
