Help, anyone have ideas for veggie lunchboxes? Kids going to turn into cream cheese (one a conservative eater)

falafal in pitta bread, you can get really small pitta bread and then add some salad and a bit of hummous if they like it.

Slice of quiche ('eggy cheesey pie')?
Crudites and dip?
Cold quorn sausages?
Hard boiled egg? Was amazed that my fussy DD took to these.
Potato salad (plain mayonnaise or cream cheese if nec)
Cold rice, peas and grated cheese
Dried apricots (the good kind in the foil pouches are worth the extra money)
Fruit cake/muffins
Dropscones - Replace milk with veg stock or smooth soup to liven them up

Marmite (if they like it) on nice bread and cheese.
pasta salad. with quorn chicken bits.
couscous salad.
vege sausage rolls yummy

make a batch of cheese twist freeze some and cook a few every week (as they go soft if left too long)

Roast veges (peppers, onions, courgette,(sp?) in a wrap with salad cream cheese and salsa sooooo yummy

PB and banana, either in bread of choice or on crackers or oatakes.
Hummous and salad/roasted veg.
Fruit/veg kabobs with mini tuds of dips such as hummous, bean, chocolate!
Little homemade muffins full of fruit and seeds,
Packet of mixed nuts seeds and dried fruit,
Leftovers such as pizzas which can be eaten cold,
Soup in a thermos
Smoothies in flask
pasta/cous cous/quinoa ect salad
refried beans with tortilla chips
Cereal with separate carton of soymilk
polenta slices with pasta sauce
Cold new potatoes
Cold stir fried veg such as pepper, mangetout, baby corn ect.
