does it not have a date on it?
dh says freeze and defrost (he seems to know about these things) Personally I would have said fridge it, but what do I know?!

RubyShivers · 03/10/2007 11:02

label says use today or freeze
seems a faff to not just whack it in the fridge
especially as i will probbaly forget to take it out of the freezer on friday and we will have frozen giblets

It will be fine in fridge until Friday - providing your fridge is cold enough.

Rumpel · 03/10/2007 11:03

Plus if you freeze it then take it out on Friday to defrost you need to make sure it is thoroughly defrosted. So you would need to freeze it today then defrost it tomorrow - does that make sense - naaa!

'tis going in the fridge!
thanks Rumpel ...
