Marinades?

Anyone got any good recipes for marinading chicken and beef?

I use Nando's Sticky Peri-Peri marinade with chicken the fry it and add mush and peppers. delish

Also I make my own honey/worcester sauce concoction as a sticky marinade for pork chops. I just add seasoning and a bit of brown sauce and a dash of lemon juice. also delish
