Gietost.

Just had some. Quite a 'taste sensation'.

What's yours?

Just googled it, is it different from the usual goat's cheese that you get in the supermarket?

I have recently been (occasionally) treating myself to Baer's Camenbert with truffle butter from Waitrose, it's a taste sensation, but at the price.

It is completely different to any cheese you've ever had! It's lke a cross between condensed milk, cheddar, and goat's cheese, only much less sweeter than condensed milk. And it's carame brown. Very intense flavour - a little goes a long way. Delicious with maple syrup.

My brother brought it back to me from Sweden.

And it's spelled geitost .
