Super easy chocolate brownie recipe

I would like to heartily recommend Jane Asher's American brownie recipe (scroll down to the bottom of the page).

They are really easy to make (and good for baking with young children) because you simply dump all the ingredients into a bowl and then beat. And they came out scrumptious, with a lovely texture.
