chocolate pasta!?

My parents brought some back for us from their holiday!

Just posting so you get a reply ..... If it's supposed to be sweet then I suppose you could put a little melted butter and icing sugar on it, but to be honest I think the whole idea of chocolate pasta sounds pretty grim! Good luck

I would make a custard sauce, blanch the pasta and bake the it in the oven in the sauce.

I'm pretty sure that baking powder will work for honeycomb.

My parents asked in Italy what it goes with and they suggested Wild Boar, so my parents also brought a jar of wild boar erm- something or other (pate perhaps) back. Sounds horrid to me so I'm going to use them seperately.

The pasta is taglietelle (spelling?). Long and thin.

I've heard of chocolate in chilli and chilli in chocolate before so that might go quite well. Having said that, I'm drooling over all these sweet sauces now!
