Safe Freezing and Thawing - Hello All. Have been freezing veggies and Fruit regularly. Very unsure and worried about freezing ice cube sized portions for baby with meat content. Always cook meat from fresh (lucky to be living just off high street and therefore shops in close proximity). Now have baby and want to cook in batches and freeze. Have cooked veg and meat for 7 month old baby boy and have frozen it in ice cube trays. Now unsure as to whether it'll be safe. For example if I take cubes out night before around 9pm and leave in fridge all night, will it be safe to cook at around 11.15am the following morning? HELP. Thanks.
