Can anyone point me in the direction of a thread that has lots of straightforward family recipes on?

I'm sure there are some fab ones on here somewhere!

I have been getting lazy in the kitchen of late and its only going to get worse!

Im 28 weeks now and beginning to get a bit tired so, in preparation of the next few weeks and the first few with the baby here I want a new repetoire of easy, quick stuff to feed the family without resorting to take away!

Thanks!

salmon and prawn kedgeree

salmon quesadillas

salmon pie

salmon and prawn fishcakes

sausage casserole:

i just bung sausage, sliced apple, onion, apple sauce and lemon juice in the slow cooker

bbq chicken:

this is the recipe we use, although tend not to use specific quantities and just chuck it all in as i fancy

1 c. water
1 c. ketchup
1 c. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped and sauteed in butter til soft
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
red wine
rosemary
oregano

cook in oven at 180 for 30 mins.

sometimes i use beer instead of wine.

a cranberry glaze can be a nice alternative too.
