Question about stock??

My ds is 14mths and so far I've been making home made stock when cooking for him, to avoid any salt. Finding it a bit tedious now though. I know they can have a bit of seasoning now but is using a stock cube (well diluted) ok?

I would have thought so, yes.

Should be fine (we used to do it anyway!) Try to buy the lower salt ones though.

Marigold reduced salt veggie bouillon is very good.

second Shrooms' Marigold suggestion (14mth old DC or not!) It is THE store cupboard ingredient (and if it's good enough for Delia and Nigella, certainly good enough for lil ol me!)
