Boneless Pork Leg Roast

Decided to get this for our dinner tonight. Haven't cooked it before and want to know the best way to do it so it stays tender and not dry and tough.

Needs to be easy as still worrying about DS2 so idiot proof instruction please.

I usually slow cook thewm with decent apples and a bit of cider (or apple juice)

Doesn't fit and would take too long but will definitely do it that way next time.

Going to look for a pud to do in the slow cooker instead.

Oh, I know. Bit I am not allowing myself to have the crackling. I have eaten properly this last week and lost 1lb so want tokeep going. A pound is a pound.

Well, you can take the crackling off and do it separately i think- they did that this morning on Saturday cooks- but I think I am the only eprson in the world who can't abide crackling!
