Cow's Milk Before Or With Breakfast - 1 year old

My DD is nearly 1 and I want to stop breast feeding then and give her cow's milk. Should I give her the milk before breakfast or with breakfast? Do you then give milk in the afternoon and evening (around 3 and 6.30 as she has it now?)?

I seem to recall I just put it on their porridge or whatever. Mind you, DS is now 16, so hard for me to remember.

I find with or just after is better for DS otherwise he won't really eat. At a year old I think he had milk a few times a day, I could sort of tell when he wanted some. Now at 18 months he has milk just after breakfast (with breakfast but after he has eaten) and before brushing teeth and bed.

I give milk with breakfast to my 1 year old. I give him the cup of milk while I sort breakfast and then he finishes it off along with his breakfast. He doesnt have an afternoon milk feed but does have one at bedtime which is also from a cup.
