QUICK ..questions about binding meatballs??

Can I use an out of date egg (22nd sept) or is there anything else I can use that I might have lingering in the cupboard

stale bread soaked in milk. but egg should be ok, it's only 2 days past

the egg will be fine - smell it before you put it in but doesn;t need to be chicken fresh for this kind of thing.
