or, shred a cabbage and out in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. put a layer of cabbage, a layer of pork mince, layer of cabbage, layer of pork mince, layer of cabbage, layer of pork mince, layer of cabbage in a casserole seasoning each layer as you go. Top with nobs of butter, baking parchment and a lid. Cook at around 150 degrees for 2 hours. Absolutely yummy

sorry should be 3 layers of cabbage 2 of pork mince
