How much should a 7 month old drink?

I'm still bf my dd morning and evening (and 1-2 times per night when she wakes - arrgghh!).

She won't take water or formula, despite trying bottles and various different cups/beakers.

She's been constipated too.

I'm worried she's not having enough fluid through the day - any advice on what she should be having?

Really need to stop bf as now back at work and husband won't have sex with me whilst I bf - he's squeamish and sees me in a different "role"!

thanks

I have an 8 month old ds who we are having similr problems with. hates formula etc out of beaker cups etc I feed morning and night and sometimes twice through the night though I think he does this more for comfort as he certainly does not feel like he is taking alot of milk. The books and my hv state he should still be getting about a pint of milk a day though. I have been told not to worry as long as his nappies are wet etc. My ds is on solids three times a day sometimes he takes them sometimes he does not. HV advices making milky puddings cereals etc to up his milk intake.

I just keep offering cup etc in the hope he will one day except it although he will drink some if my dh offers it to him perhaps 3/4 ounces once a day I to cant wait for the day I can stop b/f although I love the feeling it gives I now want to stop and get back to normal.
