It's so easy to use leftover meat & chicken in pastas, or fried rice, or sandwiches. . .but is there a tasty way to use leftover fish?

Jamie Olivers Kedgeree?
What fish is it?
How about a fish pie??
or give it to the cat

Mackerel, for example. . .

You can do fish cakes with salmon or cod or even tuna, I suppose. . .but the more delicate white fishes are more of a problem. I thought of fish pie, poppyseed, but my kids won't touch it. Ditto kedgeree. And no cat here I guess I'm right in thinking that leftover fish isn't very versatile. Thanks for yr suggestions, though.

What about putting it in a pot with cooked veg,a nice cheese sauce, mash on top then cheese and bang it in the oven for 20 mins?
