Sheperds pie made with frozen mince yesterday, then cooled, heated and eaten and then cooled again to eat today? Help, I'm hungry! Thankyou!

Do it all the time and never been ill. IMO it always tastes better the next day. Enjoy.

This would freak out my obsessive demons waaay too much but that probably means it is safe!

Me too ...... I've often used frozen mince to make various stuff, cooled it down and then reheated the leftovers the next day, or the day after that.

I think the only thing you're not supposed to do is refreeze meat that's been frozen once before.

Thanks, I was a bit cautious of the fact that this would be the second reheating, iyswim in that I cooked it early and reheated it for tea yesterday and then want to reheat again today.
