Don't see why not. I cook marinated chicken breasts without foil for 30 mins and they do crisp up a bit at the edges but still perfectly tasty - I reckon with the foil you'll solve that problem

Nbg · 21/09/2007 16:41

Could you not griddle them or do you have a georgey doodah grill thingy?

Oooh but it would be worth it.

Griddled mushrooms, peppers and courgettes with your chicken.

So tasty.

You can slice each breast into four lengthwise and chargrill on a very hot griddle. Much nicer than baked IMO

i know i know i know

your dinner sounds lovely NBG

i know griddled is nicer, but i am Tired and was supposed to go to my mums this weekedn, but i am full of cold, as are the DCs, i have hurt my neck, so driving to mum's not possible, and i need to sleeeeeeeeeeeeep

so if i can avoid washing the griddle pan, then we will have to have less tasty chicken !
