Any one got a good recipe for carrot cake!

My DS is mad about Carrot cake and would love to make it at home with me!

Does anyone have a good child friendly recipe(he's only 4).

I have a lovely weight watchers one at home. I will try and remember to dig it out tonight.

Soapbox, had a quick look for the recipe last night. Can't find it. Hope you don't think I've forgotten I will keep looking I've pile and pile of recipe books. It'll turn up!!!
