Left-over roast duck

Had roast duck for our dinner last night, very nice it was too. Have quite a bit left over, any ideas what to do with it?

Things I currently have that I could maybe use to go with it are:

half a roast duck
1 leek
pak choi
peas
linguine
potatoes
the usual tins of tomatoes and stuff
rice

I don't have to use any of the above ingrediants though, just the duck!

So, what shall I make for tea?

We always end up doing risotto with our leftover roast meat, particularly if you've got any stock from the meat. Or what about a stir fry, then you could use the pak choi and leek too. We've got half a chicken carcass and a load of stock that it was boiled in and we're going to cook noodles in the stock and then stir them in with the meat and some veggies, er and some other stuff yet to be determined! Ooh I'm getting peckish and it's only 9am.

Perfect, will buy m.soup and noodles etc and leave it to D to decide what we have.
thanks for that.
