Is there something I can make and FREEZE with PEACHES &/or PEARS?

Got an excess of peaches and pears, in danger of going off - need to put them in the freezer, any ideas?

I'd just poach them to use later on. Or can you freeze them uncooked? I know plums are ok to freeze uncooked; I've just eaten some 2yo frozen ones in a crumble. Yum!

peach cobbler?

just stew the pears and freeze ready for eating as is/ making crumbles with at a later date
