FREEZING HERBS

Can I and how?

I have flat leaf parsley and tarragon and don't really wont to have to chuck them away!!!

I freeze loads of herbs. The parsley isn't one of the best to freeze, need to use it immediately it comes out of the freezer, ditto basil. Rosemary and thyme freeze beautifully and I think tarragon should too. Rx

I freeze them in bags

I crumble a chunk off when cooking

I chop the parsley really thinly and then put it in the freezer

you don't need to chop it it just crumbles up when frozen

you are doing far too much work chopping
