Green potatoes.. they're organic though...?

I bought some organic potatoes. Use by date 22 Sept. They've gone green though. Can I still eat them d'you think? I was thinking of putting them in the oven for jacket potatoes. I'm not pregnant or anything...?

Don't eat -- the green is a sign of a toxic chemical that has spread throughout.

I don't eat green potatoes, organic or not. It's not even as if they are delicious enough to be worth the risk like unpasturised soft cheese. I would just do some other carb instead and save the whole family from possible tummy trouble.

OK thanks. I'm starving Might have to get a takeaway then!

Eat. The toxic stuff disappears when you boil or bake them. Better even - peel them.
