I have heaps of lovely, lovely fresh parsley. will it freeze?

i seem to think you can buy frozen herbs. I'm think they come ready chopped. So try it and let me know if it worked!

yes, it freezes really well.

I scrumple the bag after it's been in the freezer a while, and it breaks into small pieces so no need to chop it up!
