Swimming party food?

My dd is having a swimming party at the local pool, I need to supply the food and thought I would buy the cardboard party boxes to put the food in and transport to the pool.

I am struggling for ideas of what food to put in the boxes. I wanted it to have a water/sea/pirate theme - any ideas greatly received

Sounds great! How old is your DD?

If you want to be flashy but simple and healthy, you could halve muffins, spread with cream cheese and then use sltihers of grated carrot / peas / cheese / cucumber etc to make a picture on top of the muffin (e.g. boat / fish etc).

Carrot sticks & humous - again you could make a sea bed out of carrot and water out of humous with comic looking fish or cucumber cut out fish / whales swimming etc - might all be a bit messy though!!!

Cream cheese sandwiches cut in to fingers

choc mini rolls put together to make a raft??
