Could I make thick vanilla yogurt just by adding a bit of vanilla extract to some Greek yogurt?

I tried to make a version of eton mess recently using vanilla yogurt, but the yogurt was too thin. Is this the solution?

Should imagine so.
Maybe a bit of honey too?

I think if you're doing Eton Mess though it has to be cream or nothing.
Nowt worse than low fat versions of puds.
